Experience
Olivia N. Schwartz has been an attorney in the Chicagoland area for nearly a decade. She began her legal as a law clerk and became an associate attorney in 2017. Olivia focuses on representing clients in various personal injury and medical malpractice cases, as well as other claims involving product liability and motor vehicle negligence.
Education
Olivia earned her J.D. from Chicago-Kent College of Law, where she graduated cum laude. During her time there, she:
- Interned at the Cook County Public Defender’s Office.
- Interned for Justice T. Lavin of the Illinois Appellate Court, First District.
- Competed on the school’s nationally ranked Trial Advocacy Team.
- Received CALI awards for achieving the top grades in Pretrial Litigation, Criminal Law, and Criminal Procedure.
Prior to law school, Olivia graduated with honors from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, earning a Bachelor of Arts in History and Communication.
